How GrowthCircle works: from invite to engagement
A step-by-step look at how your Circle runs in the background, from the moment you join to the engagement that reaches your posts.
Getting Started
Set up in under 5 minutes
You receive an invite
GrowthCircle is closed. Someone in your network invites you via email. You click the link, set up your account, and register a passkey. No password needed.
Install the browser extension
A small Chrome extension connects your browser to the platform. It checks that you're logged into LinkedIn and maintains a secure connection. Your LinkedIn cookies and session never leave your device.
Link your profiles
Connect your personal LinkedIn profile and any company pages you manage. Choose which profiles participate in which Circles.

Private groups with real rules
Join or create a Circle
A Circle is a private group of professionals. Think of it as a curated engagement pod with real rules and accountability.
Each Circle has its own settings
- Comment percentage per post (e.g. 30%)
- Post type filters (skip personal / political)
- Time window for spreading engagement
- Invite quotas per member
Members are randomly selected
Not everyone comments on every post. The system randomly picks a percentage of members each time, so engagement looks natural and different members contribute on different posts.

When Someone Posts
From publish to engagement
Post detected
When a Circle member publishes on LinkedIn, the extension detects the new post and sends it to the platform.
Post classified
AI classifies the post as business, personal, or political. Personal and political posts can be automatically skipped based on Circle settings.
Tasks created
The platform creates engagement tasks for other Circle members: like tasks are immediately ready, comment tasks start as "generating" while AI writes a unique, contextual comment.
Naturally spread
Tasks are scheduled with random delays across the configured time window. No burst of 15 likes in 10 seconds.
Extension executes
Each member's browser extension picks up tasks and executes them inside LinkedIn.
AI Comments
Not "Great post!"
Every AI comment is:
- Written in the same language as the post
- Unique per profile
- Varied in style: questions, perspectives, nuance
- Free of AI artifacts
Graceful fallback
If AI generation fails, the task falls back to a like-only action. No broken comments, no empty replies. Just a clean fallback that still supports the post.
